Arun Todarwal – B.Com, F.C.A
Arun Todarwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been practicing since 1981. During his years of practice, he has handled various professional assignments in India & abroad including Audits, Taxation, International Taxation, Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, succession planning, etc. He is well-versed on management issues. Arun Todarwal is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, National Centre for Quality Management, International Fiscal Association, Bombay Management Association, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and their study group on International Taxation and Finance.
He is a Director & Chairman / Member of Audit Committee of several large listed Corporations in India. In a short span, Arun Todarwal has gained a lot of experience and is highly accomplished in the profession of Chartered Accountancy.
Mala Todarwal – B.Com., F.C.A
Mala Todarwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Practicing Chartered Accountancy since 2009. She has handled various professional assignments including Audits, Taxation, International Taxation, Joint Ventures, Due Diligence, Management Consultancy, Business Restructuring etc. Mala Todarwal is a member of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society.
She is a Director & Chairman / Member of Audit Committee of several large listed Corporations in India. She has gained a lot of experience and is highly accomplished in the profession of Chartered Accountancy.
Amit Janyani
Amit Janyani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career in 2007.
Over a decade, he has obtained experience in various fields such as Taxation Laws, Audits, Corporate Finance, RERA compliances.
His core expertise lies in Direct Taxation. He is consultant at several companies in real estate sector.
Anil Kumar Verma
M.Com, CS Executive (ICSI), FCA (ICAI)
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His expertise lies in handling Audit & Assurance services.
In his 14 years of experience, he has handled Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Project audits of various company in various Industry including in Hotel, Shipping, Manufacturing, Online Gaming, Trusts.
His ability to identify and define the problem statement of the clients’, makes him the trouble shooter. His command on execution and ability to break larger processes into small executable chunks makes him a go to man. Being a visionary and strategist himself, he helps clients visualise achievable goals and draws a roadmap to achieve them.
Mohammed Saad Mansuri
Tax Leader, Arun Todarwal & Associates LLP
Saad is a Chartered Accountant with experience in advising clients on tax and regulatory matters affecting their businesses, articulating tax strategies and efficiencies.
He joined Arun Todarwal & Associates LLP in 2022 as its tax leader. Prior to joining us, Saad worked as an Associate in the India office of the Ernst & Young (EY). He has extensive exposure in Indian Income Tax Law, GST Law and International Taxation. Saad also holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from Mumbai University.
